Watching TV #MCShowdown; Cooking plans

We were watching Master Chef Showdown and it made me want to buy a set of ramekins (those little porcelain bowls you make single-serve cakes and custards in).

There’s like a million foods I want to make!

What I’m going to make after grocery day:
1. “Grandma’s Old Fashioned Tea Cakes” from Allrecipes.
2. “English Sticky Toffee Pudding” from Food Network.
3. “Mama’s Italian Wedding Soup” from Allrecipes.
4. “World’s Best Lasagna Recipe” from Allrecipes. (omit salt, double onions)
5. “Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup” from Allrecipes[1].
6. “Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie” from Allrecipes.
7. “The Best Parmesan Chicken Bake” from Allrecipes.
8. “Ground Beef Enchiladas” from Allrecipes (black olives, canned green chiles)
9. “Unbelievable Chicken” from Allrecipes.
10. “Baked Denver Omelet” from Allrecipes.

[1] I’ve tasted this soup before (a woman I knew was on a diet) and I remember it being quite tasty. The legend is that you eat this soup in place of other meals and you’ll feel full because of all the liquid, but lose weight because of the low-calorie count.

I figure I’ll eat the soup once a week, or twice a week, and lose a couple of pounds. Why not.
