For reals: There are some people that look incredible with blond hair.

And some people that would do much better with another color.

It’s fun to explore hair color.

You just don’t want to end up looking like Rolf from The Sound of Music.

It’s like when Stan dyed his hair blond in American Dad.

Can air filters of the wrong size be used to make a DIY air purifier?

That the machine is cheap and the replacement filters are nowhere to be found… Chef’s kiss to predatory capitalism.

For reals: In a capitalist country, you can accidentally pull a predatory capitalism without intending to. It’s how you respond when someone points it out that makes you as a person.

I do what I call "typing videos" that I share on my YouTube channel. It’s me writing stuff, so there’s no audio because I’m in the zone, and you can basically see my writing process as it’s happening.

Because of the program I use, there is no spellcheck or autocorrect. This means that sometimes I misspell words or I miss words in a sentence, and there’s no spell-or-grammar check to jump on my back about it.

There’s just me and the words I’m producing.

My blog posts here are usually created and sent via email because I’m too lazy to log in. So basically: If I could embed YouTube videos via email, I would do that. Because I can’t… well.

Anyways, I’m working on my advent calendar. It is… going. And hopefully it is something that will exist, and we will all have to wait until December 1st to find out. Lol.

I had the Vergecast playing in the background while I was making dinner, and they were talking about AI agents being added to everything.

And they showed a "Wow, look at this amazing function!" ad where you can have a picture of a place open on your screen, share the screen image with the AI agent, and ask it "How do I get there?" And it will tell you what planes to take, what directions to use, etc.

But then the guy sharing that ad showed that the AI agent was just using the file name.

He changed the name of the file to "New Jersey place name" and the AI agent started giving directions on how to go to New Jersey.

It’s all smoke and mirrors!
