I’m super upset with myself. I made chicken tonight and I put the leftovers in a container… that I left open on the counter.<\/p>\n

I was just going to leave it for a few minutes so I could cool it before putting it in the fridge, but I got distracted and BOOM. Four chicken drumsticks are now going to be dog chicken because I’m a scatterbrain. Boo, me.<\/p>\n

Sometimes things happen. Little mistakes. But I can’t let them become the whole of my world or I won’t be able to function.<\/p>\n

I just regret that no humans will be able to eat that chicken. Because that’s sad.<\/p>\n

But having a dog in the house solves a lot of food waste issues. You just have to make sure you’re not using dog unfriendly spices, and you’re good to go.<\/p>\n
