This movie is filmed so you just think "He’s a creep."<\/p>\n

From the lighting to the claustrophobic settings.<\/p>\n

And it’s like "Dude, go bang your wife!" because she couldn’t be any more obvious and he couldn’t be any more oblivious.<\/p>\n

And then… the way he wakes her up. And it turns out they’re not married and they don’t actually live together.<\/p>\n

It makes you think he did that on purpose to run her out of his apartment.<\/p>\n

She got herself drunk so that she could stay over. And he has no real interest in her, so he stayed grading papers. And then he tried to watch a movie. And then he really wanted to go to bed but she’s there.<\/p>\n

I’m still not sure what that bonkersness was at the beginning with all those dudes watching the masturbating lady and the giant spider.<\/p>\n

Was that him or the other guy?<\/p>\n

Does he have a problem connecting to people around him because he has sexual kinks that can’t be satisfied by vanilla relationships? Is he an amnesiac that was placed in a fake life because his real self is a total scumbag?<\/p>\n

This movie is a bit disjointed. Feeds pieces at a time in an annoying way because things are shown but unseeable due to wonky camera angles.<\/p>\n

To have it be right there, but the camera is angled just<\/em> enough to make it blurry and out of focus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
