He&#8217;s very happy about it, which is good, except I wasn&#8217;t aware of how much it cost.<\/p>\n<p>He complains of chest pains, but it&#8217;s too expensive for him to use his medical insurance and go to the doctor. Never mind that he had a quadruple bypass over ten years ago and is past his &#8220;warranty date.&#8221; He is constantly complaining of aches and pains, of not having enough money for essential things, yet he bought this massively expensive <em>toy<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p> <iframe style=\"width:120px;height:240px;\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"\/\/ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com\/widgets\/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&#038;OneJS=1&#038;Operation=GetAdHtml&#038;MarketPlace=US&#038;source=ss&#038;ref=ss_til&#038;ad_type=product_link&#038;tracking_id=kimichee-20&#038;marketplace=amazon&#038;region=US&#038;placement=B008HB5K5O&#038;asins=B008HB5K5O&#038;linkId=SJIEFLF65UHW7DND&#038;show_border=true&#038;link_opens_in_new_window=true\"><br \/>\n<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m concerned about his foolish spending and lack of care about his physical health. He has these frightening rages and riding with him in the car is terrifying. Maybe it&#8217;s that he&#8217;s getting older, or maybe he&#8217;s coming out of a depression and is showing it by spending too much money, I don&#8217;t know. I&#8217;m worried, but he doesn&#8217;t listen to me and it&#8217;s his own money that he&#8217;s spending.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll be keeping a closer eye on him. The Cintiq was a big splurge, but as long as he doesn&#8217;t start buying a whole bunch of things it might be okay.
