Currently working on “Maple Leaf: Stage 1.” This is a project that leaves me feeling incredibly hopeful about the world and life in general. It’s much lighter than what I usually go for and it makes me feel as though I’ve in someway been carried back to a more innocent time.<\/p>\n
Nadia<\/strong>–a girl with a secret past she’s trying to forget. <\/p>\n I have lived my entire life surrounded by maple trees. And at every time of year, I have been attracted to the beautiful branches and leaves. It is a never ending sense of fascination to me, and that’s what the characters of “Maple Leaf” feel: Fascination for life and for each other as they are clustered together for a short length of time. Then, as they age, eventually each leaf is sent fluttering to the ground alone.<\/p>\n I just thought it was a beautiful idea and working on this project has made me very happy. “Maple Leaf” is my panacea; siphoning out all my negativity and leaving only a pleasant serenity behind.<\/p>\n I find myself smiling and laughing more, and that is something I want to share with the rest of the world.
